What should I do if the doctor doesn't call or if other issues arise?

If the doctor doesn't call you in the app, if the call gets disconnected, or if you've waited longer than expected, we've gathered some tips on how to resolve this.

Try the following:

    • Make sure you are logged into the app in advance. Login is done using BankID or MitID
    • Update the app in the App Store or Google Play by uninstalling the app and downloading it again.
    • Check that you have fast and stable internet access or 4G.
    • Ensure you have allowed notifications from the Eyr app. You can check this under "Notifications" in your phone's settings.
    • Allow access to the microphone/sound and camera on your phone. You will be asked about this when you book the consultation in the app, if you haven't granted access previously.
    • If you cannot speak with the doctor due to technical issues, feel free to book a new appointment and contact customer service for a refund for the initial consultation.
