- Sudden and severe pain
- Moderate and extensive fire damage
- Psychosis and confusion
- Cramps
- Acute vision loss
- Nodules / tumors
- Fever in infants from 0-3 months
- Adjustment of solid medicine (eg blood pressure medicine, metabolic medicine or diabetes medicine)
- Prescriptions for addictive drugs (eg strong painkillers and sleeping pills)
- No image / video examinations of genitals or the like
- Traffic accident
- Power damage / shock
- Fall from heights
- Suspicion of meningitis
- Unconsciousness
- Acute dizziness
- Acute and severe allergic reaction
- Drowning
- Suspicion of acute cerebral event (stroke etc)
