How do I cancel a doctor or psychologist appointment?
Contact customer service via chat or at support@eyr.md to cancel your appointment.
Doctor appointments can be canceled up to four hours in advance, while psychologist appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations after this period, you will be charged the full amount.
