Can Eyr help me with any medical problem?

No, not everything. Our doctors cannot write prescriptions for A- or B-class medications. Nor can they give you a medical certificate for extended periods of time. In situations where a physical examination is necessary, our doctor will recommend you to consult your GP, duty doctor service or go to a hospital.

If you need acute medical assistance – call the medical emergency telephone number, 113.

To follow are examples of situations when you must call 113, and not us:

  • Chest pains
  • Heavy bleeding
  • Shortage of breath
  • Head injuries
  • Broken bones
  • Sudden and severe pain
  • Moderate and widespread burns
  • Psychosis, confusion and changes in mental state
  • Seizures and convulsions
